What are the cases made from?
Polished metal with a smooth, durable finish. Each design is set on the exterior, while the interior is fitted with compartments to keep your cards and notes in quiet order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe and to select destinations beyond it. Your shipping options and any applicable costs are calculated at checkout, before you confirm your order.
What if my case arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care with every order, but if something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery at lourett.contact@gmail.com with a photo. We'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Contact us and we'll guide you through it.
How should I care for my case?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep the finish clean. Avoid moisture and abrasive surfaces. Treated well, your case is made to be carried for years.
